Today is going to be long for me. Lauren decided a couple weeks ago that she wanted to be on Student Council in her school. She had to prepare a speech and then all her classmates have to vote. She wrote the speech herself with a little tweaking from Mom, Dad and Josh. She practiced on all of us. And this morning went over it about a dozen times. Oh, if I could just be invisible and hold her hand while she was doing it. She didn't seem nervous at all, but the thought of her wanting something so badly and possibly not getting it, just makes me nervous for her. I am just so proud of my baby. I guess I will have to wait an see at 4:00 when she gets off the bus to see what happened. UGH ~ What a long day this will be!

saying a little prayer for her! she'll get it. kenna loved student council she did it 3rd and 4th grade...didn't want to have to get up that early this year. silly girl! what can i say i love my sleep too and she already has to get up by 6:30am ...YUK!
I will also say a little prayer but I just know that she will be great!!!Hope 4:00 gets here soon!!
